Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of their booth
Vendors can start the setup on Friday March 20th from 5PM onward and should finish no later than 11AM on March 21st
Booth fees are based on a 10’x10’ footprint.
Vendors must stay within the booth space, including side awnings, walkways, etc.
All tents must be appropriately weighted down and will be subject to inspection. Each end of the tent must be secured with a heavy weight like a concrete block/sand bag/ other equivalent height weight. Each tent will be inspected by the King County Fire Department, If each end of the tent is not firmly secured, the fire department MAY NOT allow the vendor to setup booth.
Alcoholic beverages are not allowed at the event
Vendors are not allowed to solicit funds or donations at the festival.
Restriction violations may result in immediate removal from the festival site as well as denial of entry into any future festivals.
No outside colors allowed
Festival committee reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its discretion refund the money.
No refunds or rain checks due to inclement weather.
